DELIVERY INFORMATION:
All our orders ship from within the United Kingdom. We ship worldwide.
All our orders are made to order and have a production time of 1-2 weeks.
We then ship your order via a fully tracked and insured service, with the estimated transit times of:
United Kingdom – 1-2 days
Europe – 3-6 days
United States – 4-8 days
Rest of the World – 7-12 days We will provide you with a tracking number to allow you to track your purchase.
Exchanges:
We understand changes of sizes or style will be required from time to time and we are happy to accept an exchange as long as you notify us within 14 days.
If we deliver the wrong size or colour we will reship your new product without any additional charges and you can keep that item as an apology from us.
If we deliver the correct items but you are not satisfied with them (too small or large), we can offer you an exchange as long as the item has not been used, worn, washed or damaged and includes the original tag attached. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item and you will need to return your item to a UK address. Please email us at info@noveltyjerseys.com and we can send you the address for you to send the item to. We can deliver your replacement item after we receive your item.
Returns & Refunds
You can return any unworn item for refund within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
